How does delivery work?
We deliver anywhere in Morocco within 2–5 working days, cash on delivery. Delivery fees are confirmed on WhatsApp before anything is final.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, on request. Message us on WhatsApp with the product link and your country and we will quote the shipping.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Every piece is shaped and painted by hand: slight variations in tone or pattern are the nature of handmade work — and the proof of its authenticity.
What if it arrives broken?
Report breakage with a photo within 48h of delivery and we will replace the piece free of charge.
